Perennial
An adaptable, easy to grow evergreen groundcover popular in heavily shaded to partially shaded sites in the landscape. Offers a spring show of single Periwinkle blue flowers slightly above and among the foliage. Flowers often appear again intermittently through the summer and into fall. Spreads relatively quickly with trailing stems creating a carpet-like mat proving effective in large beds as well as on slopes and banks. Prefers moist humus soil but tolerates dry conditions once established.
