Perennial
A beautiful spring blooming groundcover speedwell. Abundant tiny iridescent blue flowers centered with a white eye emerge in spring (April-May) atop a backdrop of glossy green foliage. May bloom intermitently later in summer as well. As fall approaches foliage transforms to a bronzy green and holds through winter in warmer locations. A versatile plant that proves ideal as an underplanting for bulbs, edging plant for the spring garden, stone walls, and stepping stones. Also an excellent deer and rabbit resistant weed-suppressor.
