Allium 'Millenium'
Ornamental Onion
Plant Type: Perennial
'Millenium' is a charming variety of Allium that produces multiple 2" globes of purple flowers above tidy clumps of foliage. It is less likely to reseed and naturalize than other alliums, which may be an added bonus for its use in beds and borders that are more formal. It attracts bees, butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators and due to its smaller size, could also be a fun element in mixed containers as well.
