Armeria 'Dreameria® Sweet Dreams'
Sea Pink
This variety of Armeria produces small, light lavender globes that are held up high above its bright green clumps of foliage. It looks very similar to an Allium but instead of just being limited to spring, it can bloom in summer and fall if consistently deadheaded. It is heat tolerant and its foliage stays looking fresh in the peak of summer and it is also cold tolerant once cooler temperatures set in for fall. It requires full sun to produce the best blooms and well drained soils, and overall is very easy to grow! Its flowers are favored by butterflies and it is also deer resistant. It would make a charming addition to containers, mixed into beds and borders, in cottage gardens, or in pollinator gardens.
