Artemesia stelleriana 'Silver Brocade'
Beach Wormwood
Plant Type: Perennial
An interesting compact, low-growing perennial with unique deeply cut silvery white foliage very similar to the annual 'Dusty Miller.' Grown mainly for the foliage, midsummer flowers are typically trimmed off, leaving an attractive mat of foliage. Leaves look soft and plush and add an excellent textural effect to the perennial border. Performs best in hot dry conditions rather than hot and humid. Proves drought tolerant and deer resistant as well.
