Carex laxiculmis 'Bunny Blue'
Spreading Sedge
Plant Type: Native
'Bunny Blue' forms clumps of lush blue foliage that is 1/2" wide. It thrives in the shade, tolerating up only up to partial sun, and needs consistently moist to wet soils; it can slowly naturalize over time if ideal conditions are met. It brings a welcome pop of color to woodland gardens, shady borders along woodland or waters edges, and along shady pathways. It could also be used in areas with poor drainage in the landscape as well as rain gardens.
