Calamintha nepeta
Plant Type: Perennial
An easy to grow, long blooming perennial with profuse white flowers and mint scented foliage. The glaucous green foliage resembles that of catmint while the tiny yet profuse flowers and overall habit remind one of baby's breath. Blooms summer through late summer and then again in fall after a cutback. Attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. The mat-forming foliage proves effective cascading over rock walls, garden paths, or as foreground for roses or taller leggy perennials. Relatively trouble-free.
