Kalanchoe thyrsiflora 'Flap Jacks'
Flap Jacks
Plant Type: Annual
This Kalanchoe has large, round, 5"-6" paddle shaped leaves in a grey-blue hue that transition to red at the edges; they really look like a sunset! They are mostly used for their stunning sculptural foliage but will produce long spikes of pale yellow flowers if temperatures get warm enough. Since they are a succulent they do not require much water and prefer dry soils, which makes them great for use in rock and gravel gardens. They also look fantastic when showcased in containers mixed with other succulent varieties and cactus.
