Lysimachia 'Goldii'
Creeping Jenny
Plant Type: Annual
A bright mat-forming perennial provides a tough groundcover in difficult locations where other perennials may be difficult to grow. Can prove aggressive in optimal locations. Foliage is small, rounded and golden with the best color occuring in full sun. Plants cascade well over walls and containers and are able to withstand limited foot traffic. Looks great around stepping stones but may prove high maintenance and need to be trimmed back often to keep from taking over. Yellow cup shape flowers that can emerge are small yet plentiful and deadheading will extend the bloom time.
