Its flowers are attractive to pollinators and butterflies and its heat and cold tolerance make it a durable plant in the landscape. It is very low maintenance and is an underused plant that deserves more attention! It is especially suited for use in beds and borders, mass plantings and groupings and could also work well in mixed containers.
