Rudbeckia nitida 'Herbstsonne'

'Autumn Sun' Coneflower. A towering Coneflower with long blooming daisy-like flowers held high above the garden. Blooms are sunny yellow with drooping rays surrounding a bright green elongated disc. Attracts a myriad of butterflies, fitting in perefectly in meadow gardens, back of the border, or cut flower gardens. Foliage is a bright green, deeply toothed and up to 6". Although flower stems are stiff, plants may need staking. Blooms mid summer and again later in the season.
