Sedum reflexum
Rocky Stonecrop
Plant Type: Perennial
A vigorous groundcover species of Stonecrop that forms an attractive mat of succulent blue-green foliage held in whorls on the stem. Drooping flower buds transform to upward facing clusters of yellow stars in summer. In colder temperatures, the foliage will take on reddish tones. Native to mountain regions in Europe, this perennial prefers dry locations and is ideal for stone walls and rock gardens. Also known as Sedum rupestre.
